The management company team manages and supervises the day-to-day operations of the hotels. The management company will also staff, oversee, train, provide operating manuals, prepare budgets, and provide monthly financial statements.
The construction team provides General Contractor and Consulting Services.
The PLC Management team is highly experienced and successful in all aspects of hotel operations. Its management style utilizes detailed cost accounting systems that allow for minimized operating expenses. It posseses a keen marketing ability and has developed information systems that allow it to oversee the financial management of its varied business interests.
